The Consent and Capacity Board (CCB) operates at arms length from the Ministry of Health and conducts hearings on matters falling under the following 6 Acts: 1) Health Care Consent Act, 2) Mental Health Act, 3) Substitute Decision Act, 4) Personal Health Information Protection Act, 5) Child Youth and Family Services Act and 6) Mandatory Blood Testing Act.
