The Fire Safety Commission (FSC) is the tribunal which conducts hearings regarding fire safety matters issued under the Fire Protection and Prevention Act in Ontario. This includes notices of violation or orders issued by Fire Marshalls or city inspectors for repairs, alternations or upgrades to a building in compliance with the Fire Code.
